KG Denim Ltd has submitted copies of newspaper publications of its Unaudited Standalone and Consolidated Financial Results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025, as required under SEBI LODR Regulation 47(1). The results were published in Financial Express (English) and Malaimurasu (Tamil) on 16 November 2025. On a standalone basis, the company reported very weak Q2 performance with total operating income of just Rs. 20 lakhs and a loss of Rs. 1.78 lakhs. On a consolidated basis, Q2 revenue was Rs. 837 lakhs with a small profit after tax of Rs. 1.83 lakhs, but the half-year consolidated picture showed a loss of Rs. 1,141 lakhs. Notes also flag that the company's State Level Bankers Committee debt restructuring is partly stalled because South Indian Bank (7% lender) and an NBFC have dissented, and that the company has plans to issue convertible warrants and 6% preference shares.
For shareholders, this is essentially a compliance disclosure rather than new news — the weak results are negative, showing continued stress and a consolidated H1 loss. The ongoing debt restructuring dispute and pending creditor recoveries add near-term uncertainty, though the proposed equity-linked fundraising (warrants and preference shares) could bring in fresh capital but may also dilute existing holders.
