KG Petrochem has informed BSE that its trading window will be closed from July 01, 2026 until 48 hours after the company declares its Q1 FY26 financial results (quarter ended June 30, 2026). During this period, Directors, Designated Employees, Key Managerial Personnel, Promoters and other Connected Persons are prohibited from trading in the companys shares.
