Re-appointment of Mr. Milind shah, Chartered Accountant (M. No. 107119), proprietor of Milind P. Shah & Co (FRN 159597W) as the Internal Auditor of the Company for the FY 2025-26

The board of Khyati Global Ventures approved four items on May 24, 2025. Mrs. Charu Srivastava resigned as Company Secretary and Compliance Officer for personal reasons, with her last working day being May 24, 2025. Ms. Fena Rajendra Jain, an Associate Member of ICSI with a B.Com degree and prior secretarial experience, was appointed as the new Company Secretary and Compliance Officer from the same date. Additionally, Mr. Sanjay Dholakia (proprietor of M/s Sanjay Dholakia and Associates, a peer-reviewed firm founded in 1991) was re-appointed as Secretarial Auditor for FY 2025-26, and Mr. Milind Shah (proprietor of M/s Milind P. Shah & Co) was re-appointed as Internal Auditor for FY 2025-26, both on the recommendation of the Audit Committee.
