Khyati Multimedia Entertainment Ltd has informed BSE that a Board Meeting is scheduled on Friday, 14 November 2025 at 5:30 PM at its registered office in Ahmedabad. The main agenda is to consider, approve and take on record the Un-Audited Financial Results for the second quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025 (Q2 FY26), under Regulation 33 of SEBI (LODR) 2015.
