Kilburn Engineering posted strong FY25 standalone results with revenue up 14.4% YoY to ₹3,355 Mn and operating EBITDA rising 35.8% to ₹881 Mn; margins expanded 413 bps to 26.3% on raw material benefits and operating leverage. Q4FY25 was particularly strong with EBITDA up 50.8% YoY at ₹288 Mn and margin of 28.2% (+574 bps). PAT for FY25 grew 38.2% to ₹548 Mn, while consolidated FY25 revenue reached ₹4,245 Mn and PAT ₹624 Mn. Order book stood at ₹3,876 Mn standalone and ₹4,830 Mn consolidated, with rolling enquiries of over ₹30,000 Mn. The company completed the 100% acquisition of Monga Strayfield (RF drying systems) for ₹1,230 Mn in Jan 2025 and guided for ~50% consolidated growth in FY26 followed by CAGR 25–30% from FY27 onwards.
Strong earnings beat, expanding margins, a robust ₹4,830 Mn consolidated order book and ambitious multi-year growth targets are positive for the stock; however, rising interest costs (+21.5% YoY) and integration risk from the Monga Strayfield acquisition warrant close monitoring.
