Kilburn Engineering Ltd has received approval from The Calcutta Stock Exchange (CSE) for the voluntary delisting of its equity shares, effective 6th November 2025, under SEBI (Delisting of Equity Shares) Regulations, 2021. The company had applied for this earlier, with the original application referenced from May 2025. Importantly, the company will continue to remain listed on BSE Limited, which is a recognised exchange with nationwide trading terminals. CSE is a regional exchange with very limited trading volumes, so this move is largely an administrative cleanup and does not affect share liquidity in any meaningful way.
No material impact for shareholders — the stock remains fully tradable on BSE which is the primary exchange. Investors holding shares through a demat account will see no change; only those trading exclusively on CSE platform need to switch to BSE.
