Thursday, 18th September 2025 has been fixed as the Record Date for determining shareholders eligible for the Final Dividend for FY 2024-25, if approved at the AGM. The dividend, if declared, will be paid after 25th September 2025, after applicable tax deduction.
Investors must own shares before the record date of 18th September 2025 to be eligible for the final dividend, if approved at the AGM. No trading in the stock will be possible during the book closure window of 19th–25th September 2025.
