Strong YoY growth in both revenue and profit signals improving fundamentals and is likely to be viewed positively by the market. However, the dividend is token (₹0.01/share), and the four wholly-owned subsidiaries together contributed nil revenue and a marginal loss, so growth remains concentrated in the parent. Net margin (PBT/Total Income) expanded from ~4% to ~5.2%, indicating modest operating leverage.
