Kinetic Engineering Ltd (KEL) announced that its electric vehicle subsidiary, Kinetic Watts & Volts (KWV), will begin deliveries of the Kinetic DX scooter from end of November 2025 after receiving ARAI homologation and opening its first showroom on 16th October 2025. KEL has infused an additional ₹9 crores in KWV, raising its stake to 80%. Over 50 Letters of Intent for dealerships have been issued across cities like Pune, Mumbai, Delhi, Hyderabad, and Jaipur, with 5 new dealerships opening in November 2025. KWV targets 5,000 unit sales and ₹50 crore revenue by March 2026, with an ambitious FY26 target of 60,000 units and ₹600 crore top-line, pushing consolidated revenue to ₹800 crores. KEL also inaugurated a new robotic chassis line, revamped its paint shop, and is producing chassis for the E-Luna and Kinetic DX EV.
This is a positive update showing KEL's EV ambitions are translating into action with concrete dealer network build-out and production milestones. For shareholders, the ₹800 crore consolidated revenue target and ramp-up to 200 dealerships signal significant growth optionality, though execution risk on the aggressive EV targets remains a key watchpoint.
