Kings Infra Ventures Ltd submitted copies of its Q3 FY26 unaudited financial results (quarter and nine months ended 31 December 2025) as published in Financial Express and Deepika newspapers, in compliance with BSE listing rules. Standalone total income from operations rose to Rs. 3,721.93 lakhs in Q3 FY26 from Rs. 3,357.85 lakhs in Q3 FY25, a growth of about 11% year-on-year. Consolidated Q3 FY26 total income stood at Rs. 3,735.78 lakhs. However, standalone net profit after tax fell to Rs. 306.05 lakhs from Rs. 391.25 lakhs in the same quarter last year, a decline of roughly 22%. On a nine-month basis, standalone net profit after tax rose modestly to Rs. 1,079.05 lakhs from Rs. 1,025.37 lakhs, with EPS of Rs. 2.00. The results were reviewed by the Audit Committee and approved by the Board.
Mixed signals for shareholders: revenue growth is healthy but Q3 profit margins shrank sharply year-on-year, though the nine-month picture still shows modest profit growth. As this is only a newspaper publication of already-filed results, no new price-moving information is expected.
