The Board of Directors of Kings Infra Ventures met on August 13, 2025 and approved the standalone and consolidated unaudited financial results for Q1 FY25-26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025). Standalone revenue grew 22% year-on-year to ₹34.35 crore from ₹28.11 crore. EBITDA rose 38% to ₹7.16 crore, while Profit Before Tax grew 30% to ₹5.01 crore and Profit After Tax grew 24% to ₹3.64 crore. EPS stood at ₹1.48 versus ₹1.20 in the same quarter last year. The auditor issued an unqualified limited review report with no qualifications. The Board also approved the 37th Annual General Meeting to be held on September 29, 2025 via video conferencing. Management highlighted expanding international order book from Southeast Asia (China, Vietnam, Korea including LX International), new entry into Canada via Cisco/Walmart-registered vendors, and a doubling of farming area under its farm lease programme.
Strong Q1 results with double-digit growth across revenue, EBITDA, PBT and PAT signal healthy operational momentum and margin expansion, likely positive for the stock. Order books are full for upcoming quarters and US tariffs are reportedly having little direct impact, which reduces near-term earnings risk for shareholders.
