Intimation of Appointment of Rakesh Rameshchandra Modi and Jitendra Dineshchandra Dina as Non Execution Independent Directors of the company.

Kiran Syntex Ltd has appointed two new Non-Executive Independent Directors on its board, effective November 14, 2025. Mr. Rakesh Rameshchandra Modi brings around 20 years of experience in Administration and Management, while Mr. Jitendra Dineshchandra Dina is a Commerce Graduate with about 20 years of experience in Business Strategy and Administration. Both have been appointed as Additional Directors for a term of five consecutive years and are registered with the Independent Directors databank.
