Kirloskar Brothers filed its Q4 & FY25 investor presentation ahead of an analyst call on May 15, 2025. For FY25, consolidated revenue grew 12% YoY to Rs. 4,492 crores, EBITDA rose 18% to Rs. 681 crores (margin 15.2%), and PAT jumped 20% to Rs. 419 crores (margin 9.3%), with EPS at Rs. 52.29. Q4 FY25 was softer with revenue up 5% at Rs. 1,281 crores but EBITDA down 6% at Rs. 215 crores and PAT down 10% at Rs. 138 crores on margin compression. Total pending orderbook stood at Rs. 3,118 crores (Domestic Rs. 1,910 crores + Overseas Rs. 1,208 crores), with overseas orders growing steadily. International subsidiaries KBIBV and SPP UK delivered strong growth, and the company has been actively reducing EPC exposure (now 3% of revenue) while scaling up value-added products and services.
Positive for shareholders — FY25 results show healthy double-digit growth in revenue, profits, and margins, supported by a strong and growing overseas orderbook. Near-term caution on Q4 slowdown, but the overall trajectory and improving return ratios (RoCE 28%, RoE 21.9%) suggest continued earnings momentum.
