Appointment of a Senior Management Person

Kirloskar Ferrous Industries Ltd has appointed Mr. Ritesh G. Joshi as its new Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), effective 1 October 2025. The appointment was approved by the Board based on the recommendation of the Nomination and Remuneration Committee. Mr. Joshi, aged 50, holds a B.E. in Production, an MBA in Materials, and a PGCHRM in Human Resource, with over 25 years of HR leadership experience across Indian, European, and US multinational companies. He previously served as Senior Director HR at Gilbarco Veeder Root + Vontier, and has held roles at Cummins India, General Motors, and Mahindra & Mahindra.
