Kirloskar Ferrous Industries shared its Q2 FY26 investor presentation reporting standalone revenue of ₹1,728 Cr, up about 4% year-on-year from ₹1,667 Cr. EBITDA rose to ₹213.6 Cr (12.4% margin) versus ₹195.4 Cr (11.7%) last year, with profit after tax at ₹92.3 Cr versus ₹84.9 Cr. On a half-year basis (YTD FY26), revenue grew 6% to ₹3,413 Cr and PAT jumped 17% to ₹188.1 Cr, reflecting improved margins. Casting volumes grew, supported by strong tractor demand and new customer additions, while tube volumes for H2 are secured by an ONGC order. The company highlighted several cost-saving and green-power projects (coke bunker heating, 30 MW solar, wind mill Phase-1) lined up for completion in Q3-Q4 FY26.
The results show steady revenue growth and meaningful margin expansion on a year-on-year basis, which is positive for shareholders. However, lower realizations from commodity price corrections remain a watchpoint, even as volumes and cost-saving projects provide support.
