Kirloskar Ferrous Industries reported Q4 FY26 standalone revenue of ₹1,781 Cr, up 2.6% YoY, with EBITDA margin improving to 12.7% from 11.4% in Q4 FY25. Full year FY26 revenue stood at ₹6,784 Cr with 12.3% EBITDA margin, versus 11.5% in FY25. PAT for Q4 FY26 was ₹130 Cr (up 36% YoY) and FY26 PAT was ₹375.6 Cr (up 18.4% YoY). Finance costs declined to ₹125.4 Cr from ₹144.4 Cr, while gross debt was ₹1,034 Cr with Net Debt/EBITDA at 1.14x. FY26 capex was ₹456 Cr focused on efficiency and green energy. Management outlined five strategic pillars for FY27 including 35 MW solar and 25 MW wind projects targeting 35% green power share, new foundry line at Solapur, and market diversification to drive growth.
The company delivered strong margin expansion and PAT growth in FY26, with management signaling further EBITDA margin improvement through cost initiatives in FY27. Reduced finance costs and a comfortable leverage ratio provide financial flexibility for growth capex.
