Kirloskar Ferrous Industries has announced the results of a postal ballot conducted between 14 December 2025 and 12 January 2026. Shareholders voted on one ordinary resolution to appoint Mr. Aman Rahul Kirloskar (DIN: 09823056), who was earlier inducted as an Additional Director (non-independent, non-executive) on 7 November 2025, as a Director liable to retire by rotation.
