Kirloskar Ferrous Industries has informed the stock exchange that its Luxembourg-based step-down subsidiary, ISMT Enterprises SA, has been struck off the Luxembourg Trade Registry following a Certificate of Deregistration dated 1 September 2025. As a result, ISMT Enterprises SA has ceased to be a subsidiary of the company. This is an update to a prior communication made on 28 August 2025 and is being disclosed under SEBI Listing Regulations.
