Kirloskar Oil Engines has published its audited standalone and consolidated financial results for Q4 FY25 and the full year ended 31 March 2025 in Financial Express and Loksatta, as required by SEBI listing rules. On a standalone basis, Q4 revenue stood at ₹1,412.47 crore (vs ₹1,391.68 crore in Q4 FY24) with net profit of ₹121.13 crore (vs ₹117.62 crore), a modest 3% YoY growth. For the full year, standalone revenue was ₹5,113.33 crore with net profit of ₹431.93 crore and basic EPS of ₹29.77. On a consolidated basis, full-year revenue was ₹6,349.13 crore with net profit of ₹475.82 crore and basic EPS of ₹33.71, though Q4 consolidated profit dipped to ₹126.56 crore from ₹146.81 crore a year ago. The Board has recommended a final dividend of ₹4 per share (200%) on the ₹2 face value equity share, subject to shareholder approval.
Marginal standalone profit growth in Q4 and a flat full-year performance suggest steady but slowing momentum, while the weaker consolidated Q4 profit could draw some investor attention. The 200% final dividend is a positive signal for income-focused shareholders, but the headline numbers are unlikely to trigger a major stock price move on their own.
