Kirloskar Oil Engines (KOEL) uploaded its Q4 FY25 earnings presentation ahead of the May 16 analyst call. Standalone FY25 revenue grew 6% YoY to ₹5,073 Cr, with EBITDA up 16% to ₹654 Cr and margins expanding 110 bps to 12.8%. PAT rose 20% to ₹432 Cr. Q4 standalone revenue was ₹1,401 Cr (up 2% YoY, 21% QoQ) with PAT of ₹121 Cr (up 86% QoQ). Consolidated FY25 revenue grew 8% to ₹6,295 Cr with PAT of ₹476 Cr. The company wrapped up its '2X3Y' doubling strategy, achieving 1.6x revenue growth, 2.4x EBITDA growth, and 2.6x cash from operations growth from FY22 to FY25. New long-term '2B2B' target: $2 Billion revenue by FY30.
Positive for shareholders — strong margin expansion, 20% PAT growth on standalone basis, and conclusion of the 2X3Y strategy with credible results set up the next leg of growth. The $2B FY30 target and Arka Fincap's granular retail pivot provide a clear multi-year roadmap, though Arka's rising debt-to-equity (4.4x) and declining RoAA (1.4%) remain watchpoints.
