Kirloskar Pneumatic held its Q2 FY26 earnings call on October 28, 2025, hosted by Antique Stock Broking. H1 FY26 sales came in at ₹665 crores, down from ₹706 crores in H1 FY25, with Q2 sales of ₹378 crores (up 37% sequentially from Q1). Order book stood at ₹1,667 crores as of October 1, 2025, marginally higher than ₹1,624 crores at the start of the year but below internal plans. Management highlighted a loss of market share in CNG packages (down ~50% from peak) due to aggressive pricing by competitors. The company remains debt-free with a net cash position of ₹424 crores and generated ₹143 crores in free cash from operations in H1. H1 EBITDA margin contracted to 16.4% from 20% in H1 FY25, partly due to a ₹14 crore liquidated damages booking, though Q2 margin recovered to 17%.
Management guided for 15%+ revenue growth and 25-30% profit growth for full-year FY26, with margins maintained in the 18-20% range trending toward 20%. New product launches (Tezcatlipoca centrifugals, Zephyros C commercial AC entry) and a couple of large orders expected to be booked in Q3 support a strong H2 recovery narrative. The robust cash balance and debt-free status provide downside comfort, but execution on the H2 ask rate of over ₹1,200 crores remains the key thing to watch.
