Kirloskar Pneumatic reported its highest-ever FY26 performance with total income of INR1,786 crores and PBT of INR356 crores. Q4 FY26 sales grew 21% YoY to INR706 crores, with full-year EBITDA margin expanding to 21.7% (vs 19% in FY25) and net profit at INR258 crores (EPS INR39.80, up 22%). Order bookings crossed INR2,000 crores for the first time, with opening order book at INR1,863 crores (up 15% YoY), of which INR500 crores is executable beyond FY27. The company remains debt-free with a net cash position of INR460 crores and declared its highest-ever dividend of 600% (INR12/share). Management guided sustainable EBITDA margins of 18-20% and a long-term growth aspiration of 20% plus, while cautioning that FY26 margin levels were an exception. New product launches (Zephyros AC, Hydrino oil-free, Tyche, Khione, Tezcatlipoca) are gaining traction, and a share subdivision (INR2 to INR1 face value) has been proposed.
Positive for shareholders — record revenue, profits, order book, and dividend signal strong business momentum and capital returns. However, the explicit margin guidance of 18-20% (below FY26's 21.7%) suggests some normalization, and the Precision Engineering division's sustainability remains uncertain, which may temper near-term valuation enthusiasm despite robust long-term growth visibility.
