Kizi Apparels reported strong FY26 results with revenue growing 61.3% to Rs. 4,263.55 lakh from Rs. 2,643.31 lakh in FY25. Net profit increased 17.2% to Rs. 100.60 lakh versus Rs. 85.86 lakh previously. EPS improved from Rs. 1.10 to Rs. 1.29 per share. However, the company faced significant working capital pressure with negative operating cash flow of Rs. 228.91 lakh (vs negative Rs. 781.95 lakh prior year). Trade receivables nearly doubled to Rs. 1,004.44 lakh while inventories rose to Rs. 1,595.99 lakh. Short-term borrowings increased substantially to Rs. 715.15 lakh. Statutory auditors DGMS & Co. issued an unmodified (clean) opinion on the results. The board also appointed M/S B B Gusani & Associates as new internal auditors for FY27. IPO funds utilization was confirmed as per prospectus with no deviations.
The 61% revenue growth is positive but negative operating cash flow and rising receivables/inventories signal working capital stress that investors should monitor. The clean audit opinion and solid profit growth provide some comfort for shareholders despite the liquidity concerns.
