Reconstitution of Audit Committee and Stakeholder Relationship Committee

KJMC Corporate Advisors has reconstituted two of its board-level committees with effect from May 16, 2025. In the Audit Committee, Mr. Girish Jain, an executive director, has been added as a new member alongside existing members Mr. Shyam Ramsharan Khandelwal (Chairman), Mr. Anil V. Sampat, and Ms. Pranjali Bhandari. In the Stakeholders Relationship Committee, non-executive director Mr. Rajnesh Jain has been appointed as the new Chairman, with Mr. Girish Jain and Mr. Vijay Joshi continuing as members. The changes have been disclosed to BSE under SEBI Listing Regulations. No committee members have been removed; the reconstitution reflects additions and a change in chairmanship for the Stakeholders Relationship Committee.
