KJMC Financial Services Ltd has published its unaudited Q2 FY26 and H1 FY26 financial results in Business Standard and Pratahkal on November 13, 2025, as required by SEBI listing rules. On a standalone basis, total income from operations fell to Rs. 175.16 lakhs in Q2 FY26 from Rs. 205.22 lakhs in Q2 FY25, and net profit after tax dropped to Rs. 56.34 lakhs from Rs. 70.47 lakhs (down about 20% YoY). However, for H1 FY26, net profit after tax grew to Rs. 164.17 lakhs from Rs. 122.79 lakhs in H1 FY25 (up roughly 34%), and total income rose to Rs. 396.04 lakhs from Rs. 367.03 lakhs. Consolidated H1 FY26 net profit was Rs. 175.53 lakhs with EPS of Rs. 3.64. Total comprehensive income was sharply negative (Rs. -1,406.16 lakhs standalone, Rs. -1,820.51 lakhs consolidated) for H1 FY26, reflecting mark-to-market losses on investments rather than operating weakness.
Mixed picture for shareholders: half-yearly earnings improved meaningfully YoY, but the quarter-on-quarter and Q2 YoY dip in both revenue and profit is a mild negative. The large negative comprehensive income signals investment portfolio valuation losses, which is the main watchpoint. With paid-up equity capital of only Rs. 478.57 lakhs, this is a very small NBFC and trading volumes are likely thin.
