Independent Director resigns, replacement appointed

Mrs. Ramya Hariharan resigned as Independent Director effective July 1, 2026, citing professional pre-occupations. She also exits the Nomination and Remuneration Committee and steps down as Chairperson of the Stakeholders Relationship Committee. Mrs. Rajni Mishra, a qualified Company Secretary with over a decade of corporate experience, has been appointed as Additional Non-Executive Independent Director for a 5-year term, subject to shareholder approval. She currently serves on boards of Shyam Metallics, Western Carriers, and others.
