Knowledge Realty Trust allots NCDs worth INR 600 Crore via private placement

Knowledge Realty Trust, acting through its manager, has allotted 60,000 listed, secured, rated, transferable, rupee denominated non-convertible debentures with a face value of INR 1,00,000 each, aggregating to INR 600 Crore on a private placement basis. The allotment was approved by the Borrowing Committee through a resolution by circulation on 19th June 2026. The NCDs carry ISIN INE1JAR07036 and are proposed to be listed on BSE based on the Key Information Document dated 18th June 2026.
