Knowledge Realty Trust has informed exchanges that its Board of Directors will meet on Monday, 10 November 2025. The Board will consider approving the unaudited standalone and consolidated financial results for the quarter and half year ended 30 September 2025. It will also consider declaring a distribution to unitholders for Q2 FY25-26. The record date for this distribution has been fixed as Thursday, 13 November 2025, subject to Board approval.
