Knowledge Realty Trust's board met on September 2, 2025 and approved unaudited standalone financial results for Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025), showing a loss before tax of Rs. 9.11 million. The board also appointed PricewaterhouseCoopers Services LLP as Internal Auditors for FY 2025-26 and approved shifting the registered office and place of business to One BKC, Bandra Kurla Complex, Mumbai. Notably, as subsequent events, the Trust disclosed that on August 8, 2025 it acquired 100% equity in 28 Asset SPVs and 4 Investment Entities for Rs. 3,954 crore (via unit issuance), and on August 18, 2025 its units were listed on BSE and NSE following a Rs. 4,800 crore IPO. The Q1 financials show no revenue yet, as the trust was newly incorporated on October 10, 2024 and asset acquisitions closed only in August 2025.
This is a routine post-listing compliance filing with mostly administrative actions; the small Q1 loss is expected for a newly formed trust before operations began. The bigger story remains the recent IPO and large asset acquisitions that happened after the reporting period, which investors should track in upcoming quarters once the portfolio is operational.
