Knowledge Realty Trust has informed the Exchange regarding Disclosure of material issue

Knowledge Realty Trust, a REIT co-sponsored by Blackstone and Sattva, has published its audited consolidated financial results for FY2026 ended March 31, 2026. Total income for the year stood at Rs. 31,217.94 million with revenue from operations of Rs. 30,466.28 million. The trust reported 18% year-over-year growth in Net Operating Income. Net Distributable Cash Flow (NDCF) for the full year reached Rs. 21,019.72 million, with a distribution payout ratio of 99.99%. Distribution per unit (DPU) for FY2026 was Rs. 4.740, while the Q4 FY2026 distribution declared was Rs. 1.616 per unit (Rs. 0.981 dividend, Rs. 0.207 interest, Rs. 0.426 debt repayment, Rs. 0.002 other income). The trust has 46 MSF total leasable area across 29 assets in 6 cities with 92% committed occupancy. Note: The trust was incorporated in October 2024, so FY2025 figures are not directly comparable, and figures include a one-time MAT credit write-off of Rs. 870 million due to Income Tax Act amendments.
