Knowledge Realty Trust has informed the Exchange regarding Disclosure of material issue

Knowledge Realty Trust's board approved its unaudited financial results for Q3 and nine months ended December 31, 2025. The Trust declared a distribution of ₹1.568 per unit, totaling ₹6,953.14 million for the quarter, bringing cumulative 9M FY26 distribution to ₹3.124 per unit (₹13,853.06 million). The quarterly payout comprises ₹1.081 as dividend, ₹0.130 as interest, ₹0.354 as debt repayment, and ₹0.003 as other income. Net Distributable Cash Flow (NDCF) at Trust level stood at ₹6,953.55 million for Q3. The Trust reported a profit of ₹2,063.36 million for the quarter and ₹2,680.67 million for 9M FY26, with basic earnings per unit of ₹0.47 (Q3) and ₹1.15 (9M). Net borrowing ratio remains comfortable at 0.18x against REIT assets valued at ₹6,45,507.87 million. Record date is February 10, 2026, with payment on or before February 17, 2026.
