ICRA Limited has reaffirmed the [ICRA]AAA (Stable) rating on Knowledge Realty Trust's existing Non-Convertible Debentures (NCDs) of Rs. 1,600 crore. Additionally, ICRA has assigned the same AAA (Stable) rating to a fresh proposed NCD issuance of Rs. 1,600 crore, taking the total rated debt to Rs. 3,200 crore.
