Knowledge Realty Trust has obtained a credit rating from Crisil Ratings Limited for its Commercial Paper programme worth Rs. 500 Crore. The rating assigned is Crisil A1+, which is the highest short-term credit rating, indicating very strong safety on timely payment of financial obligations and the lowest credit risk. This is a fresh rating for a new debt instrument rather than a change in any existing rating. The Commercial Paper programme has a maximum maturity of one year. The rating is valid for 60 calendar days from December 1, 2025, for the purpose of issuance, after which revalidation would be needed.
