KNR Constructions submitted its Q4 FY26 investor presentation showing significant financial decline. Standalone Q4 revenue fell 37% YoY to Rs 5,353 million with EBITDA margin contracting sharply to 5.3% from 13.8% a year ago. Full year FY26 revenue dropped 38% to Rs 20,967 million with PAT declining 84% to Rs 1,161 million. The company won new projects including an NHAI HAM project worth Rs 1,734 crore in Telangana and a Rs 2,163 crore elevated corridor project from TANSHA in Tamil Nadu. Total order book stands at Rs 86,725 million (Rs 8,672.5 crore) as of March 2026, with additional Rs 32,300 million in recently awarded projects not yet included, bringing combined pipeline to Rs 119,025 million. The company announced divestment of 4 SPVs to Indus Infra Trust for Rs 5,668 million expected to complete by September 2026.
Sharp revenue and margin decline reflects challenging execution environment; however strong order book of Rs 1.19 lakh crore provides multi-year revenue visibility. SPV divestment will unlock value and reduce debt burden.
