Konndor Industries Limited has informed BSE that its Board of Directors, at a meeting held on 24th January 2026, approved shifting the company's registered office outside the local limits of Ahmedabad city. The new address will be Shop No. 11, First Floor, Sepal Elegance 4, Zundal, Gandhinagar-392424, replacing the current office at Thaltej, Ahmedabad. Both locations fall under the same Registrar of Companies and within Gujarat, so there is no change in ROC jurisdiction or state.
