Kotyark Industries, India's largest biodiesel manufacturer, reported FY26 revenue of ₹314.87 Cr (up 9% YoY), EBITDA of ₹47.94 Cr with 15.23% margin, and PAT of ₹19.36 Cr with 6.15% margin. Q4 FY26 showed strong performance with revenue of ₹63.66 Cr (3x YoY) and EBITDA margin of 30.07%. The company has expanded capacity from 500 KLPD to 1,500 KLPD at Rajasthan but currently operates at only 7-8% utilization, with management targeting 60-70% utilization over 2-3 years. Current order book stands at ~₹80 Cr with pipeline orders of ~₹215 Cr under discussion. New manufacturing facilities are planned for Jhajjar (Haryana) and Kanpur (UP) by December 2026.
The company is signaling strong growth potential with management guiding 25-30% revenue CAGR and EBITDA margin expansion to 18-22% over 3 years, backed by a substantial order pipeline and planned capacity additions. However, current ultra-low capacity utilization (7-8%) means significant operating leverage remains unrealized.
