Kotyark Industries, India's largest biodiesel manufacturer, reported FY26 revenue of ₹314.9 Cr, EBITDA of ₹48.0 Cr, and PAT of ₹19.4 Cr, growing from FY25 figures of ₹288.1 Cr, ₹42.7 Cr, and ₹14.5 Cr respectively. The company operates at very low capacity utilization of only 7–8% against its 4,80,000 KL annual biodiesel capacity, with plans to improve this to 60–70% over the next 2–3 years. Management guided for 25–30% revenue CAGR and EBITDA margin expansion to 18–22% over the next 3 years. The current order book stands at approximately ₹80 Cr (₹50 Cr from OMCs and ₹30 Cr from others), with a pipeline of ₹200 Cr+ under discussion. The company recently expanded Rajasthan capacity from 500 KLPD to 1,500 KLPD and plans two new 200 KLPD facilities in Jhajjar and Kanpur by December 2026.
The presentation signals strong growth potential with improving margins and capacity utilization; however, current low utilization means earnings are well below potential, and shareholders should monitor OMC tender wins and execution timelines for the new facilities.
