Kovilpatti Lakshmi Roller Flour Mills has announced two investor initiatives. First, a special window has been opened from February 5, 2026 to February 4, 2027 (1 year) allowing transfer and dematerialization of physical shares that were bought/sold prior to April 1, 2019. This covers both previously rejected transfer requests and fresh lodgements, provided original share certificates are available. Transferred shares will be credited in demat mode only and locked in for one year. Second, the company has launched a 100-day campaign called 'Saksham Niveshak' from April 1 to July 9, 2026, urging shareholders with unclaimed dividends from FY 2020-21 to 2024-25 to update their KYC details, bank mandates, nominations, and contact information to prevent their dividends and shares from being transferred to IEPF. Physical shareholders are also encouraged to convert their shares to demat form.
This is a routine compliance and investor education notice. It does not directly impact financial performance or earnings but aims to improve shareholder record accuracy and prevent involuntary loss of unclaimed dividends/shares to IEPF. Shareholders holding physical shares should act promptly to safeguard their holdings.
