KPI Green Energy reported strong FY26 results with total income of ₹2,742 Cr, up 56% YoY from ₹1,755 Cr in FY25. EBITDA grew 73% to ₹1,006 Cr (margin expanded from 33% to 37%), and PAT rose 57% to ₹509 Cr. The company has scaled its total portfolio to 6.26 GW (installed + upcoming), with installed capacity at 1.62+ GW and 4.64+ GW under execution. It secured major orders including 1.13 GW BoS from Adani Group, 445 MW/890 MWh standalone BESS from GUVNL, 250 MW solar EPC from SJVN, and 142 MW floating solar from GSECL. The company received inter-state (CERC) and intra-state (GERC) trading licenses enabling pan-India power market participation. International expansion includes MoUs with Botswana government for ~5 GW and South Korea for green hydrogen. Interest costs surged 130% to ₹182 Cr due to heavy debt-funded capex, while fixed assets more than doubled to ₹5,427 Cr.
KPI Green Energy delivered robust growth with margin expansion, but sharply rising interest costs (up 130%) from heavy debt-funded capacity expansion could weigh on near-term profitability. The order pipeline and trading licenses support future revenue visibility.
