KPI Green Energy has incorporated a new Special Purpose Vehicle called 'KPIN Clean Power Two LLP' (KCPTL) on June 28, 2025, registered with the Registrar of Companies, Ahmedabad. The new entity will focus on generating, distributing, and supplying power from renewable sources like wind and solar energy. KPI Green Energy contributed Rs. 99,000 while its wholly owned subsidiary KPark Sunbeat Private Limited contributed Rs. 1,000, giving the company full control of the new SPV. KCPTL has not yet commenced business operations and currently has nil turnover. The SPV is being set up to further the company's core renewable energy business.
