KPMG recommended as Independent Valuer, unitholder approval sought

Interise Trust has informed exchanges that its Investment Manager's Board has recommended KPMG Valuation Services LLP as the Independent Valuer of the Trust. The appointment needs unitholder approval at the upcoming annual meeting, as required under SEBI InvIT Regulations. The recommendation was made after consultation with the Trustee. This is a routine governance disclosure under SEBI InvIT norms.
