Kranti Industries has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Jaipur-based Universal Autofoundry Limited (UAL) to form a long-term machining alliance in Rajasthan. Under the MoU, UAL will lease its machining premises at Sargoth, Sikar to Kranti, and both companies' machine shop operations will be consolidated at UAL's Unit 3 plant, which Kranti will exclusively manage for machining UAL's casting components. The partnership runs for 7 years starting January 1, 2026, with a 3-year lock-in. The deal marks Kranti's entry into Northern India, complementing its existing Pune-based operations in Western India.
Positive for shareholders — the collaboration gives Kranti long-term revenue visibility through an exclusive 7-year operational arrangement, expands its geographic footprint into Northern India, and creates cost efficiencies via shared infrastructure. The 3-year lock-in adds revenue stability, though execution risks remain as the MoU is not yet a binding definitive agreement.
