Kranti Industries filed its Q4 & FY25 investor presentation along with key order wins. Full-year FY25 revenue stood at ₹7,221 lakh, down 11.6% YoY from ₹8,166 lakh, with the company slipping to a loss of ₹75 lakh (vs ₹76 lakh profit last year). Gross margin, however, improved 201 bps YoY to 41.0%. Q4 saw a return to profitability with revenue of ₹1,830 lakh (up 5.8% QoQ), EBITDA margin expanding sharply from 6.8% to 12.1%, and a small PAT of ₹1 lakh. The tractor segment contributed 68.3% of revenue, and subsidiary Preciso Metall achieved EBITDA breakeven in Q4. Several new orders were disclosed: an export order from CNH Industrial (₹89.41 lakh), a development order from Bonfiglioli in heavy-duty gearboxes (~₹6.84 crore annually), a job-work order from Kalyani Techno Forge (~₹3.50 crore annually), and an export order from CGL Manufacturing, Canada.
The order pipeline disclosure and Q4 margin recovery signal improving business momentum despite a weak full-year, which could be a positive trigger for the stock. However, the FY25 loss and weak YoY revenue contraction temper near-term earnings visibility.
