Kranti Industries' Board approved unaudited Q1 FY26 results (ended June 30, 2025). Standalone revenue from operations rose to Rs 2,008.22 lakh from Rs 1,864.12 lakh YoY (~7.7% growth), while net profit swung to Rs 66.64 lakh from a loss of Rs 7.17 lakh. Consolidated revenue grew to Rs 2,204.79 lakh (from Rs 2,016.74 lakh) and consolidated net profit came in at Rs 59.63 lakh versus a loss of Rs 97.53 lakh YoY. Comparative figures were restated to reflect the merger of wholly-owned subsidiary Wonder Precision Pvt Ltd with the company. The Board appointed M/s. H.J. Patel & Co. as Secretarial Auditor for FY26–FY30 and added two new Independent Directors, Mr. Vijay Bodhankar and Mr. Rajasatyen Pardeshi. It also re-appointed Mr. Satchidanand Ranade as Independent Director for a second 5-year term from April 2026. The 30th AGM was scheduled with book closure from September 6–12, 2025.
The company returned to profitability at both standalone and consolidated levels in Q1 FY26 after reporting losses a year earlier, which is a positive signal for shareholders. The restated comparatives (due to the merger) and multiple board-level changes are largely governance-related and unlikely to move the stock on their own.
