Kranti Industries has reported its unaudited Q1 FY26 (quarter ended June 30, 2025) results on both standalone and consolidated basis. Standalone revenue from operations rose about 7.7% year-on-year to Rs 2,008.22 lakh (vs Rs 1,864.12 lakh in Q1 FY25), while standalone net profit turned around to Rs 66.64 lakh from a loss of Rs 7.17 lakh a year ago, with EPS of Rs 0.52. On a consolidated basis, revenue grew to Rs 2,204.79 lakh (vs Rs 2,016.74 lakh) and net profit came in at Rs 59.63 lakh versus a loss of Rs 97.53 lakh in the year-ago quarter. Results include the subsidiary Preciso Metall Pvt Ltd (59.84% owned). The statutory auditor M/s GMCS & Co. has issued an unmodified limited review opinion. Importantly, comparative figures for FY24 have been restated to give effect to the merger of wholly-owned subsidiary Wonder Precision Pvt Ltd with Kranti, approved by NCLT in February 2025 with an appointed date of April 1, 2023.
A clear swing back into profit on both standalone and consolidated bases is positive for shareholders and may lift sentiment. However, prior-period numbers have been restated due to the Wonder Precision merger, so direct comparisons with previously reported quarters should be read with care.
