Promoters Sachin Subhash Vora and Sumit Subhash Vora each received 3,00,000 equity shares (about 2.35% each) from their respective Hindu Undivided Families (HUFs) through an off-market gift transfer within the promoter group. Additionally, Sachin Vora bought 15,271 shares (0.12%) on the open market. As a result, Sachin Vora's personal stake rose from 16.95% to 19.42%, and Sumit Vora's rose from 16.11% to 18.47%, while the HUF holdings dropped to near zero. The total promoter group holding barely changed, moving from 37.78% to 37.90% of the company. This is essentially an internal reshuffling of promoter-family holdings, not a new external investment.
No real change in promoter control or total promoter ownership — shares just moved between promoter-family members. Existing shareholders should see little to no impact on stock price or governance, as the promoter group continues to hold below 50% and decision-making dynamics stay the same.
