KRBL Limited reported highest-ever total income of Rs 6,098 crore in FY26, up 9% YoY. Q4 FY26 revenue grew 6% YoY to Rs 1,526 crore. EBITDA margin improved to 15.8% in FY26 (vs 13.0% in FY25) and PAT margin rose to 10.5% (vs 8.4%), driven by lower basmati COGS and higher other income. Domestic revenue hit a record Rs 1,230 crore in Q4 with 22% YoY growth, but exports declined 33% to Rs 279 crore due to lower Middle East sales. The company maintains strong market leadership with 36.9% GT and 38.7% MT market share in basmati packaged rice. KRBL has net cash position with Rs 919 crore cash and negative net bank debt of Rs 789 crore.
Strong financial performance with margin expansion is positive for shareholders. However, export headwinds from Middle East and Q4 gross margin compression (down to 29.6% from 31.5% YoY) warrant monitoring. The company`s strategic focus on distribution expansion and new product launches (masala meal mixes) could drive future growth.
