Krishana Phoschem's board, which met on July 17, 2025, approved the unaudited financial results for the quarter ended June 30, 2025 (Q1 FY26). Revenue from operations rose to ₹39,553.59 lakhs, up about 41% from ₹28,075.88 lakhs in Q1 FY25. Total income stood at ₹39,834.62 lakhs, while profit after tax jumped to ₹3,058.03 lakhs, nearly 86% higher than ₹1,641.08 lakhs in the same quarter last year. Basic EPS came in at ₹4.95 versus ₹2.65 a year ago. The statutory auditors, M/s Ashok Kanther & Associates, issued a limited review report with an unmodified opinion, and the company reaffirmed its CRISIL A/Stable long-term credit rating.
Strong year-on-year growth in both revenue and profit signals healthy operational performance, which is positive for shareholders. However, investors should note the deferred tax expense has risen because the company is now subject to the normal 30% corporate tax rate from FY 2025-26.
