Krishana Phoschem reported a strong FY26 with revenue of Rs.2,418 crore (+78% YoY), EBITDA of Rs.298 crore (+62% YoY), and PAT of Rs.180 crore (+107% YoY), supported by volume growth, better realisations, and deferred tax benefits. Q4 FY26 was a record quarter, with revenue at Rs.756 crore (+60% YoY), EBITDA at Rs.90 crore (+59% YoY), and PAT at Rs.83 crore (+153% YoY). The company completed a 50% capacity expansion in NPK/DAP to 495,000 MTPA, taking total phosphatic fertilizer capacity to 615,000 MTPA, with full benefits expected from FY27. Management guided for ~40% revenue growth in FY27 (to Rs.2,900–3,000 crore) but flagged margin pressure in Q1 FY27 due to rising ammonia and sulphur costs, with the recent NBS subsidy only partly offsetting the increase. CRISIL upgraded the credit rating to A+ (Stable), and the company signed a 10-year Green Ammonia Sale Agreement (70,000 MTPA) under India's National Green Hydrogen Mission.
The strong FY26 print, capacity expansion, and rating upgrade are positives, but near-term margin pressure and elevated receivables (Rs.700+ crore, partly subsidy and import-driven) may temper near-term stock reaction. Investors should watch for Q1 FY27 margin trajectory and MRP pass-through.
