Krishana Phoschem reported record-breaking FY26 performance with revenue surging 78% to ₹2,418 crore and PAT leaping 108% to ₹180 crore, driven by peak plant utilization and volume expansion. Q4 FY26 saw revenue of ₹755.5 crore and PAT of ₹83.1 crore, up 152.6% YoY. The company successfully commissioned its Meghnagar expansion in March 2026, adding 165K MTPA NPK/DAP capacity (50% surge) and 99K MTPA sulphuric acid capacity (38% expansion). A landmark 10-year Green Ammonia Supply Agreement with SECI for 70,000 MTPA was signed under India's National Green Hydrogen Mission, securing India's largest green ammonia supply deal. SSP utilization exceeded 100% and NPK/DAP utilization reached 83%, with a distribution network spanning 11 states, 2,500+ wholesalers, and 30,000+ retailers.
The company's backward-integrated model, capacity expansion, and secured raw material supply (green ammonia, rock phosphate from Egypt/Jordan) position it to capture market share in India's growing phosphatic fertilizer sector, with management targeting near ₹1,000 crore additional annual revenue at full utilization and market share expansion from 18% to 25% in 2-3 years.
